Each year during the Red Light Jazz Festival, The Bulldog Hotel Lounge bar transforms into an intimate stage for live jazz performances. Located in the heart of Amsterdam’s iconic Red Light District, the venue adds a unique atmosphere to the festival’s vibrant character. Since its launch in 2014, the Red Light Jazz Festival has aimed to celebrate the area’s rich jazz heritage while fostering new connections between residents, visitors, and local companies. This year marks the 11th time The Bulldog Hotel proudly serves as an official venue for the Red Light Jazz Festival!
Guitarist Lorijn von Piekartz, known for performing with Dutch pop star Jett Rebel at major festivals like Pinkpop and Lowlands, and for touring Indonesia with Shirma Rouse—returns to The Bulldog stage. Lorijn, who has played here regularly with his brother Daniël as The Funk Disciples, will once again bring his groove to the Lounge bar.
For this special edition, Lorijn invites a different guest artist each night. Tonight, Lorijn is joined by vocalist NANK as his special guest!
