At The Bulldog Hotel Amsterdam, you don’t even have to leave the building for a great time. It’s one of the few hotels where you can relax the typical Amsterdam way. Simply take a seat at our Hotel Lounge Bar and before you know it, you’re chilling, drinking and puffing the night away.

The Bulldog Hotel Lounge Bar isn’t like any other hotel bar. It’s a bar in its own right. Here you’ll find our iconic living room atmosphere and there’s always something to do or live music to listen to. Our next door neighbours are our coffeeshops The First and Energy, where you can purchase our quality produce.

Take a seat at our classic doghead bar to admire our impressive drinks collection. Our staff always there if you want to chat or learn more about Amsterdam and The Bulldog. It’s also a great place to meet new interesting people from all over the world over a drink. If you’re looking for something besides drinking, you’re allowed to smoke as well (no tobacco).

Looking for something more solid? Try our selection of snacks, like the scrumptious Dutch bitterballs, or order a burger or stone oven pizza to lay the groundwork for a proper night out.

Besides looking pretty, our Hotel Lounge Bar offers all kinds of fun. Try your luck at our pool table, come and watch a football match on the big screen or listen to great music, with live performances as well by funky and jazzy artists.

You can use the bar as a starting point for your nightly Amsterdam adventures or make it your relaxing last stop for the night before heading to your dorm or room. The location is perfect for paying a visit to iconic The Bulldog locations, like The First, the Mack and Energy.

Get to know the Hotel Lounge Bar

It doesn’t matter if you’re staying at The Bulldog Hotel Amsterdam or not, you’re always welcome at the bar (as long as you’re 18 or over).

Smoking is allowed at the Hotel Lounge Bar, but tobacco isn’t. So feel free to use our quality coffeeshop produce.

It probably doesn’t come as a huge surprise that the Hotel Lounge Bar is a part of The Bulldog Hotel Amsterdam. Both the bar and the hotel use the same entrance in the Red Light District, next to coffeeshop The Bulldog Energy.
