DEPOSITS – CANCELLATION POLICY

When booking a room at The Bulldog Hotel, the first night accommodation rate + taxes is due at time of booking.
If the booking is made within 7 days of arrival, the total payment will be due at time of booking. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE

The remainder of the balance due is taken automatically 7 days prior to arrival. In case of CANCELLATION or NO SHOW this deposit is NON REFUNDABLE.
Reservations may be cancelled if final payment is not received on time. If your card is expired or lost please provide The Bulldog Hotel with new credit card information as soon as possible so that the last deposit can be processed without delays.
If you booked through a third party web site and your travel plans changed, please contact them directly.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
At time of check-in all guests will be required to fill in a damage deposit agreement form and an amount of $250.00 will be authorized from the credit card presented.
At the end of each stay, provided no damage has been done, all founds will be released within five days. Failure to provide a damage deposit will result in forfeiture of all advanced payments and the party will not be permitted to check into the property.

The Bulldog Hotel Silver Star is proud to be the only pet friendly hotel on the mountain. Not only that but PETS STAY FREE!
There are some restrictions though:
– All pets in the hotel must be kept on a leash at all times.
– Pets are not allowed in the hotel’s food and beverage outlets for health and safety reasons.
Extra charges starting from $250 + tax may apply if there is any damage or extra cleaning due to pets.

In order to book any hotel rooms at least one person in your group must be 19 YEARS or older. Photo id will be required upon check in. The group member who is 19 years or older must be the person who checks in and is required to take all responsibilities.
