Check in from 4:00 pm. The front desk does not operate 24 hours a day. Please advise if you will be arriving late, and the ‘Late Arrival Instructions’ will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.
Check out by 11:00 am. Checkout time is enforced to ensure there is sufficient time to prepare rooms for arriving guests.
Late checkouts are subject to availability. Should a late checkout be granted, any checkouts between 12:00pm – 3:00pm will be subject to an additional half day charge. Any checkouts after 3:00pm will be subject to an additional full day charge.

The first-night accommodation rate plus taxes is due at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
If the booking is made within 7 days of arrival, the total payment will be due at the time of booking.
Once final payment has been taken the reservation becomes non-refundable and changes will no longer be permitted. Final payment is automatically taken 7 days prior to arrival.
If final payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
The Bulldog Hotel is not responsible for external factors, including but not limited to, poor weather, cancellations of races or events, and/or injury. We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance that will cover them for any possible cancellations or trip delays.
There is one parking lot for The Bulldog Hotel guests only, located adjacent to The Bulldog Grand Cafe. Upon check-in, guests will be provided with one parking pass per reservation which will allow you to stay in this parking lot overnight. Parking operates on a first-come, first serve basis and is not guaranteed, particularly during peak season. If The Bulldog parking lot is full, please use Parking Lot A located on Silverlode Lane for overnight parking.
Secure ski/snowboard storage is provided onsite and is for guest use only. The Bulldog Hotel is not liable for any theft or damage resulting from storing items in the ski locker.
Guests are welcome to store skis/snowboards in their room if they prefer. We ask guests to be mindful if they are storing skis and snowboards in their room as any excess dirt or damage to the room will be deducted from the damage deposit.
DEPOSITS – CANCELLATION POLICY
When booking a room at The Bulldog Hotel, the first night accommodation rate + taxes is due at time of booking.
If the booking is made within 7 days of arrival, the total payment will be due at time of booking. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE
The remainder of the balance due is taken automatically 7 days prior to arrival. In case of CANCELLATION or NO SHOW this deposit is NON REFUNDABLE.
Reservations may be cancelled if final payment is not received on time. If your card is expired or lost please provide The Bulldog Hotel with new credit card information as soon as possible so that the last deposit can be processed without delays.
If you booked through a third party web site and your travel plans changed, please contact them directly.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
At time of check-in all guests will be required to fill in a damage deposit agreement form and an amount of $250.00 will be authorized from the credit card presented.
At the end of each stay, provided no damage has been done, all founds will be released within five days. Failure to provide a damage deposit will result in forfeiture of all advanced payments and the party will not be permitted to check into the property.

We offer complimentary high speed wireless internet access in every guest room, public areas and restaurants.
There is one shared hot tub on site for guest use. Hot tub hours are from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm. Please follow hot tub rules as stated in hot tub area. Any excessive noise that disrupts others guests or damage to the hot tub or surroundings may result in immediate eviction from the premises and/or a deduction from the damage deposit. The hot tub may be undergoing unforeseeable repairs and/or maintenance during your stay, in which the hotel is not liable to compensate.
Guests of The Bulldog Hotel will receive 10% off food and non-alcoholic beverages at The Bulldog Grand Café. The Bulldog Grand Café will be open Wednesday to Sunday from 12pm to late (subject to change).

The Bulldog Hotel Silver Star is proud to be the only pet friendly hotel on the mountain. Not only that but PETS STAY FREE! We do ask guests to be mindful of their pets as any excess dirt or damage to the room as a result of your pet will be deducted from the damage deposit.

At least one registered guest per room, must be over the age of 19 years. Guests under the age of 19 years must be accompanied by an adult guardian or parent, who must occupy the property for the duration of the stay. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of all advance payments and the party will not be permitted to check-in, or the party will be required to leave the rented property. Photo ID to verify age must be provided at check in.
